Clear Lake Operations is a part of the Acrylics, Solvents & Intermediates (ASI) business, and employs just over 100 people.

The site is located within an idustrial park. Five independatly owned facilities; Celanese, Air Products, Calpine Cogeneration Corporation, BOC, and Dow Chemical occupy the site. Dow facilities include Acrylic Acid, Glacial Acrylic Acid, Esters Units, incineration units, a tank farm and loading facilities.
